Nisheeth Kakarala is a personal injury attorney with Wilson & Kinsman who combines a unique background in engineering, public service, and courtroom litigation to advocate for individuals injured by the negligence of others.

Before entering the legal profession, Nisheeth earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University and spent nearly six years as an Environmental Engineering Associate for the City of Los Angeles. His engineering background developed the analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills that now help him build strong cases for injury victims.

After earning his Juris Doctor from Pace University Elisabeth Haub School of Law, Nisheeth gained valuable litigation experience working in immigration law and advocating for individuals facing complex legal challenges. Since being admitted to the Indiana Bar, he has served as both a Deputy Public Defender and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, handling a wide range of cases and conducting numerous bench and jury trials.

Today, Nisheeth focuses his practice on helping injured clients throughout Indiana pursue the compensation they deserve after car accidents, trucking accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death claims, and other serious injury cases. His experience on both sides of the courtroom gives him unique insight into case strategy, negotiation, and trial preparation.
